At Heer Enviro Services Pvt. Ltd., we take pride in our deep-rooted expertise in solid waste management (SWM) and facility management (FM), built on the leadership and field experience of our founder, Mr. Mohit Mohanwani, who has been at the forefront of India’s most successful urban sanitation transformations in Indore, played pivotal role in the city’s journey to becoming India’s cleanest city. Contributions to baseline studies, MRF implementation, and IEC campaigns were instrumental in establishing the source segregation model, the foundation of Indore’s #1 Swachh Survekshan ranking.

Beyond Indore, many other projects were led and supported in Bhopal, Lucknow, Jaipur, Secunderabad Cantonment Board, Pimpri Chinchwad, Ghaziabad, Nagpur and Gurugram—enabling local bodies to establish robust SWM systems aligned with SWM Rules 2016 and CPHEEO guidelines.

In Nagaland, played a vital role in drafting and designing SWM Action Plans for Kohima, Dimapur, and Chümoukedima, creating structured frameworks for sustainable waste management. Our work also includes spearheading the Zero-Waste, SUP-Free Hornbill Festival 2024, a nationally recognized initiative appreciated by both the Prime Minister of India and the Chief Minister of Nagaland.

On the facility management side, successful delivery of integrated projects for MPIDC, MPSEDC, government hospitals, ISBTs, and large 200+ acre townships, covering housekeeping, sanitation, horticulture, technical maintenance, and manpower deployment.
